For over 12 decades of ruling the Philippines by the Spaniards, many Filipinos were abducted by the hands of the wicked people from Spain. Every little sweat, tears and scratch they get is a symbol of sacrifice in the dark world of Philippines. It's like being trapped in a circle of torture, no light is being seen, no happiness, and no freedom. What would the Philippines look like in the future? How will Filipinos live their life without freedom?

As times passed by, our forefathers, have forecast ed to end the Spaniards' right in ruling the Philippines colliding with the Americans in ending the archipelago. On June 12, 1898, it has been declared as the day of setting the Filipinos free, or known now as Philippine Independence Day. This is celebrated for over 400 years. Aiming for the Filipinos to be more attached to close to being free. And now, they prioritize more on the millennials for the next one to rule the Philippines with freedom having stronger bond to the Philippines.

But why do we exactly celebrate Philippine Independence? It is for to represent the core of our beliefs, the very makeup of our identity as citizens of the Philippines. Every single of us deserves to be free from doing what our heart wants in the good way. What happened in the past will be a mark in our hearts and minds to remember that we must condemn goodness to our fellow Filipinos and our nation to be forever free.
